What is The Forget-Me-Not Factory?

The Forget-Me-Not Factory is a store where bubbles and fairys meet to create shopping magic, both in-store and on-line. We are in the largest and one of the oldest buildings located in the heart of Historic Ellicott City, Maryland. Browse 3 floors loaded with items ranging from Dept. 56 Villages, dragons, fairies, toys, jewelry, SnowBabies, costumes and more! Even a player piano on the 3rd floor!

What is your return policy?

Purchased products may be exchanged or returned for an in-store credit up to 21 days from the date on your receipt. You may mail your return to us or or bring it to our store. Special orders and sale items are non-returnable.

In the event that you ordered a piece in error or duplicated we will happily exchange it for you. To implement the exchange, you must return the item to us undamaged. The new item will be shipped the least expensive way and shipping WILL BE CHARGED.

Any changes to an order received after it has been shipped will be treated as an exchange and the re-ship WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU. Any returns for any reason will be subject to our return policy as printed on your receipt & credit card charge slip. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders are processed within 48 business hours of receipt of your order.  If an item that you ordered will not ship within this period, we will notify you by email to let you know the most reasonable estimate of when the product will be available to ship to you.  All of our shipments are professionally packed to protect them during shipping.

The Forget-Me-Not Factory reserves the right to modify the amount of shipping determined by our shopping cart, as some large or heavy items may require additional shipping charges.  If we feel it is necessary to increase your shipping charges from what was reflected on your order you will be notified by phone or email.

What are your store hours?

Wednesday through Sunday 11 AM through 6 PM

We are closed on major holidays. Evening hours are subject to change during the winter.
